Thank you for your interest in the 26th Annual CyberPsychology, CyberTherapy & Social Networking Conference (CYPSY26). Below are guidelines and fees regarding registration for this year’s conference. If you have any questions regarding registration please direct them to cypsy26@u-paris.fr. All registration fees are in €EUR.

Important Registration Notes
1) Payment will only be possible by credit card or bank transfer (wired). Credit card payment will be processed immediately on the SciencesConf registration platform. For wired / bank transfer payment, SciencesConf will generate and email you the information you will need to use to proceed on your own or transmit to your institution to complete the procedure. Please add the total costs for all of your registration options and enter this into the “Amount” field.
2) If you wish to register for Gala Dinner, please add in the appropriate amount to the total “Amount” before pressing “proceed”.
3) If you are registering a spouse, please indicate her/his name in the “comments” field.
* If you have incorrectly added your total amount and already completed your payment, you may submit a second payment and simply note the additional amount in the “comments” field, otherwise, we will contact you to pay the difference.
CYPSY26 presenters:
If your presentation or full paper is accepted, then you will be required to register for the full conference in order to present, appear in the program, or be published in the proceedings.
Additional Information
– All fees are in euros (€EUR);
– Buffet lunch will be served on Wednesday and Thursday of the conference. Light refreshments will be served each morning;
– Gala dinner is not included with registration. Gala dinner is a separate fee;
– Bank or money transfer fees are available (if any are incurred by the payment sender);
– Spouses are welcome to attend social activities during and after the conference, but are prohibited from attending conference sessions (if a spouse is presenting, they must register at the regular conference rate);
– Student pricing is available for any current full or part time student. Proof of enrollment during the Spring 2023 semester must be provided to at the time of registration (please email verification separately to cypsy26@u-paris.fr).
All registrations include
– Access to all oral, poster and symposium sessions, as well as exhibits and demonstrations;
– All networking breaks (coffee/tea) and buffet lunch;
– Conference program and additional handouts
Registration Cancellation Policies
In cases where cancellation of registration is desired, the following schedule will be followed:

In situations that would be considered “acts of god” such as weather that cause mass cancellation, registration fees will be refunded. This will be decided upon by the CYPSY26 organizing committee.
*The Interactive Media Institute and University Paris Cité reserve the right to cancel any registrations due to delinquent payment or for not satisfying the above guidelines during the completion of the online registration form.
