Below are detailed the conference fees:
- Presenter (Full Conference):
- Early (till July 15, 2021): 250 euro;
- Late (after July 15): 300 euro;
- Presenting Student (Full Conference – Proof of enrollment is required):
- Early (till July 15, 2021): 150 euro;
- Late (after July 15): 200 euro;
- Regular (Full Conference):
- Early (till July 15, 2021): 300 euro;
- Late (after July 15): 350 euro
- Non presenting Student (Full Conference – Proof of enrollment is required):
- Early (till July 15, 2021): 125 euro;
- Late (after July 15): 175 euro;
- Single Day:
- Early (till July 15, 2021): 175 euro;
- Late (after July 15): 225 euro;
- Student Single Day (Proof of enrollment is required):
- Early (till July 15, 2021): 80 euro;
- Late (after July 15): 120 euro;

CYPSY25 presenters:
If your presentation or full paper is accepted, then you will be required to register for the full conference in order to present, appear in the program, or be published in the proceedings.
Additional Information
– All fees are in Euro (€);
– All social online events are included in the fees;
– Bank or money transfer fees (if any) are incurred by the payment sender;
– Student pricing is available for any current full or part time student. Proof of enrollment during the Spring 2021 semester must be provided to at the time of registration.
All registrations include
– Access to all oral, poster and symposium sessions, as well as exhibits and demonstrations;
– Conference program and additional online events.
Registration Cancellation Policies
In cases where cancellation of registration is desired, the following schedule will be followed:

| 31-60 Days | 40% of registration payment refunded |
| 61-90 Days | 60% of registration payment refunded |
| 91-150 Days | 80% of registration payment refunded |
| >150 Days | 100% of registration payment refunded |
* These rules are applicable for individual cancellations only. In situations that would be considered “acts of god”, such as earthquakes, that cause mass cancellation, registration fees will be NOT refunded.
IMPORTANT: The Interactive Media Institute and Istituto Auxologico Italiano reserve the right to cancel any registrations due to delinquent payment or for not satisfying the above guidelines during the completion of the online registration form.
