Thank you for your interest in the 24th Annual CyberPsychology,\u00a0CyberTherapy & Social Networking Conference (CYPSY24). Below are guidelines and fees regarding registration for this year\u2019s conference.\u00a0If\u00a0you have any questions regarding registration please direct them to (cyberpsychology@nsu.edu)<\/span><\/a>. All registration fees are in $USD.<\/p>\n

Important Registration Notes<\/strong>
\n1) Please add the total costs for all of your registration options and enter this into the “Amount” field.
\n2) If you are choosing a single day option, please enter which day in the “comments” field.
\n3) If you wish to register for Gala Day 2, please add in the appropriate amount to the total “Amount” before pressing “proceed”.
\n4) If you are registering a spouse, please indicate her\/his name in the “comments” field.
\n5) Please ignore the “NSU Vendor Fee” options, as these are not for registrants of the conference.<\/p>\n

* If you have incorrectly added your total amount and already completed your payment, you may submit a second payment and simply note the additional amount in the “comments” field, otherwise, we will contact you to pay the difference.<\/strong><\/p>\n

CYPSY24 presenters:
\n<\/strong>If your presentation or full paper is accepted, then you will be required to register for the full conference in order to present, appear in the program, or be published in the proceedings.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Additional Information
\n<\/strong>– All fees are in US Dollars ($USD);
\n– Buffet lunch will be served on Tuesday and Wednesday of the conference. Light refreshments will be served each morning;
\n– Gala dinners are not included with registration. Each gala dinner is a separate fee;
\n– Bank or money transfer fees (if any are incurred by the payment sender;
\n– Spouses are welcome to attend social activities during and after the conference, but are prohibited from attending conference sessions (if a spouse is presenting, they must register at the regular conference rate);
\n– Student pricing is available for any current full or part time student. Proof of enrollment during the Spring 2019 semester must be provided to at the time of registration (please email verification separately to cyberpsychology@nsu.edu).<\/span><\/p>\n

All registrations include
\n<\/strong>– Access to all oral, poster and symposium sessions, as well as exhibits and demonstrations;
\n– All networking breaks (coffee\/tea) and buffet lunch;
\n– Conference program and additional handouts<\/span><\/p>\n

Accepted Payment Methods
\n<\/strong>Credit and debit cards are highly preferred. If you wish to pay by check, please make it payable to “Cyberpsychology” and mail it to Dr. Scott Debb, Norfolk State University, Brown Hall 216, Norfolk, Virginia, USA, 23504. Ensure your full contact information including email address is indicated on the check.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Registration Cancellation Policies

In situations that would be considered “acts of god” such as weather that cause mass cancellation, registration fees will be refunded. This will be decided upon by the CYPSY24 organizing committee.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
