CRC-Clinical Cyberpsychology New Investigator Award for a presentation of outstanding research quality

The aim of this prize is to reward the presentation of strong methodological studies at the Cybertherapy conference. The recipient has to be a researcher who is new to the field of cyberpsychology. It is open to both oral or poster presentations and to researchers from all countries and disciplines.

The award is delivered by Stéphane Bouchard, Chairholder of the Canada Research Chair in Clinical Cyberpsychology. It includes a certificate and a check of 1 000 $ US.

Rules of Attributions


This year's conference will award three Student Poster Awards, each worth 250 $ US.

Disclaimer: only people who have not yet completed a PhD program are eligible for one of three 250 $ US Student Poster Awards. Posters will be judged for scientific merit and ease of presentation by the conference co-organizers Drs. Brenda K. Wiederhold and Stephane Bouchard, as well as the conference workshop chair Dr. Skip Rizzo and scientific chairs Drs. Giuseppe Riva and Russell Shilling.


2nd Annual CyberTherapy Excellence in Research Award

To celebrate more than a decade of exciting advances in the cybertherapy field of research as well as the growth of the CyberTherapy conference itself, we are proud to award the 2nd Annual CyberTherapy Excellence in Research Award. This Award will be presented to a person that has demonstrated outstanding achievements in the fields of virtual reality and behavioral healthcare. All members of the program committee will be invited to nominate one of their colleagues as the recipient of what promises to be a long line of esteemed researchers.
