Thank you for your interest in registering for the 17th Annual CyberPsychology and CyberTherapy Conference (CYBER17).

Below are guidelines and fees regarding registration for this year¡¯s conference. If you have any questions regarding registration please direct them to Conference Coordinator James Cullen at cybertherapy@vrphobia.com.

- Onsite Registration: September 25th - 28th, 2012

Notes
- All fees are in US Dollars.
- To obtain student registration, please submit proof of full-time enrollment with registration.
- Student registrations do not include any free subscriptions or conference publications.

APA Continuing Education Credits

IMI is approved by the American Psychological Association to offer continuing education for psychologists. By attending CYBER17, you can earn 18 continuing education (CE) credits. If you attend pre-conference tutorials on September 25th, 2012, you will receive 1 credit for each 1 hour attended. Cost is a one time fee of 50 USD.

Spouse Pricing
If your spouse would like to attend CYBER17, a discounted rate of $150 for all conference events is available for entrance into the conference. Please note: your spouse is not eligible for spouse pricing if they are involved in any studies being presented at CYBER17 or are presenting at CYBER17. Spouse registration does not include any free subscriptions, continuing education units or conference publications.

Completion of Registration Payments

Accepted Payment Methods
Credit Card (American Express, MasterCard, Visa), Cashiers Check or Wire Transfer.
You must complete the registration online using the ¡°On-Line Registration¡± Form.

Credit Card
If payment is made by credit card, the registration process will complete online.

Cashier¡¯s Check
If you prefer to pay by cashiers check (no personal checks), you must also first complete the online registration process. Your registration status will not be completed until payment is received. If cashier¡¯s check is not received within two weeks of completion of the form, your registration will be cancelled. Registrants paying via cashiers checks must make checks out to ¡°Interactive Media Institute¡± and send to the U.S. office:

Wire Transfer
If you prefer to pay by wire transfer (bank transfer), registrants are responsible for ALL wire transfer costs. Wire Transfer Costs will be ¡°Charged to the Principle¡±. The Interactive Media Institute will not be responsible for Wire Costs and reserves the right to cancel a registration for doing so.

Registration Cancellation Policies
In case of situations of force majeure (ie. ¡°acts of God¡±, terrorism, etc.) that causes mass cancellations OR in case of individual cancellation, the cancellation assessment and refund will apply as follows to conference registrants:

31 - 60 days

40%of registration payment will be refunded
plus any other applicable taxes.
61 - 90 days
60%of registration payment will be refunded
plus any other applicable taxes.
91 - 150 days
80%of registration payment will be refunded
plus any other applicable taxes.
> 150 days 100%of registration payment will be refunded
plus any other applicable taxes.

CYBER17 presenters: If your paper is accepted, then it is required that you present the study in person at the conference. Any registration cancellations will result in forfeiture of registration costs as well as an automatic rejection in the inclusion of the final published Annual Review of CyberTherapy and Telemedicine. (ARCTT)

*The Interactive Media Institute and Virtual Reality Medical Institute reserve the right to cancel any registrations due to delinquent payment or for not satisfying the above guidelines during the completion of the online registration form.
